Cannellini Bean Dip

1x tin cannellini beans, drained/rinsed 1x disc feta cheese, crumbled 1x clove garlic 1x tbsp. olive oil 6x tbsp. lemon juice ½ tsp. salt Optional extra: 1x green chili Method: Use a food processor to blend all the above ingredients together. Allow to chill for an hour before serving. Calories: 650 (for the batch)

Tzatziki (2 side portions)

Ingredients: 1x cup double cream Greek yoghurt (approximately 200g) 1x garlic clove, freshly minced 1x tsp lemon juice or vinegar 2x Mediterranean cucumbers (mine are sliced, but dicing/grating works just as well) Optional extra: 1x tsp fresh dill Salt to taste Calories: 100 per portion Note: this is best served chilled
