2x chicken breast fillets (120g each)
1x tbsp. peanut oil
2x tbsp. white sesame seeds
1x large carrot, grated
1x mini green cabbage, shredded
1x fresh lime
2x tsp. honey
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat your peanut oil in a frying pan over a medium to high temperature. Dice your chicken fillets, and toss into the pan together with salt and pepper (to taste) and stir fry for 5-10mins, until the chicken is cooked through. Remove from heat, add your honey and sesame seeds and stir through until the chicken is well coated.
Mix the raw grated carrot and shredded cabbage together; then toss in the chicken and dress with freshly squeezed lime.
Serve hot or cold.
