Vegetable Tom Yum Soup (1 portion)

tomyum Ingredients:

1x packet tom yum paste (available from any Chinese supermarket)
1.5 cups boiling water (may vary depending on the brand of Tom Yum paste you get so read instructions first)
1x small green pepper, sliced
1x cup mushrooms, slice
1x small carrot, grated
1x cup mung bean sprouts

Calories: 190

Method:

It’s as simple as tossing all the ingredients together in a soup pot and boiling together for about 5mins.

Serve!
