Fillet Steak (1 portion)

steak Ingredients:

250g fillet steak
2x cups mixed salad greens
5x sun-dried tomato pieces
1x tsp. wholegrain mustard

Dressing:
1x tbsp. vinegar
1x tbsp. olive oil
1x pinch dried mixed herbs

Calories: 500 (includes dressing)

Method:

Pan-fry your steak according to how you like it done, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix together the salad greens, sun-dried tomatoes and homemade dressing.

Plate your steak, salad and wholegrain mustard as a side for your meat.
