Toss the following ingredients together:

1x cup cooked cous cous, cooked according to packet instructions
200g Woolworths cooked beetroot, diced
4x tbsp. freshly chopped coriander
150g halloumi cheese, cubed and dry fried
1x tbsp. avo oil
1x tbsp. lemon juice
