Grilled Pork Chop with Side Salad (1 portion)

Ingredients:

1x 150g pork loin chops
2x tsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1x cup butter lettuce, shredded
1x small tomato, diced
½ cup cucumber, diced
¼ disc feta cheese
Optional extra: salad dressing

Calories: 364 (excludes salad dressing)

Method:

Pre-heat your oven to 180°C.

Cover a baking tray with tinfoil and season your chop with the onion flakes. Cook for approximately 15-20min per side.

Toss your salad ingredients together and plate along side your chop.
