Ginger and Honey Beef Stir-fry (2 portions)

Ingredients:
280g extra lean beef stir fry strips
1x tbsp. macadamia nut oil
2x fresh chilies, finely sliced
2x tsp. fresh ginger, minced
1x tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
2x tsp. honey
125g small white button mushrooms, halved
1x cup mixed bean sprouts
1x baby green cabbage, finely sliced
2x medium carrots, grated

Calories: 363 per portion

Method:

In a large frying pan, heat your macadamia nut oil over a medium temperature, and then add your beef, chilies, ginger and onion flakes. Cook until your meat has browned (approximately 5mins) then add your mushrooms, sprouts, cabbage and carrots and sauté for another 5mins before adding your honey. Once the honey has melted, you can serve!
