Homemade Beef Burgers (2 portions)

Burger patty ingredients:
160g extra lean beef mince
1x egg, beaten
1x tbsp. soya sauce
1x tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
2x tbsp. jungle oats
2x minced garlic cloves

Salsa side ingredients:
1x large tomato, diced
4x tbsp. freshly chopped basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Other ingredients:
2x sesame bun
2x tbsp. grated Gouda cheese

Method:

Pre-head your oven to 180°C.
In a bowl mix together your mince, egg, soya sauce, onion flakes, garlic and jungle oats. Halve your mixture and shape and press out into 2 patties. Place your patties onto a baking tray covered in tinfoil and into the oven for about 10-12mins per side (for well cooked).
Toss your salsa ingredients together and plate.
Take your cooked patty and place it in-between a sesame bun and sprinkle the grated cheese over.
Serve!
