Easy Eggs!

2x boiled eggs, peeled

1x sliced tomato

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional – 1 tbsp freshly chopped chives

 

Approximately 185 calories

 

Add to this one of the following:

Smart Choice: gluten and wheat free rice cakes = 22 calories each

Woolworths: organic rice cakes = 27 calories each   

Sasko: Low GI seeded bread = 115 calories per slice

Woolworths: soft rye = 60 calories per slice

Optional extra’s – butter (the real kind), Bovril or Marmite for extra flavour   

 

This recipe isn’t so exciting, it caters more for something quick and easy, while offering something nutritious, and requires very little preparation!
